Identify the Building Layout
A private villa, residential tower and multi-entry office require different numbers of entrance panels, indoor screens and reception points. Define the communication paths and guest workflow first
IP Intercom and Network Requirements
Plan suitable network ports, power supplies, cable paths and compatible switches or PoE where supported. Do not assume a mobile app or cloud service is included with every intercom model
Integration With Locks and Barriers
A supported intercom may trigger a door lock or vehicle gate through the correct interface. Emergency escape and fail-safe behaviour must be considered separately from the convenience of remote opening
Testing and Handover
Check video, two-way audio, ringing, access authorisation and outage scenarios for all relevant entrances and units. Document permissions, configuration and basic operating instructions
