Before accepting finishing works, verify both visible workmanship and relevant technical inspections

Review the Contract and Approved Materials

Bring the agreed quantities, drawings, product approvals and authorised changes to the handover. Record any remaining or excluded items

Inspect Surfaces and Floors

Check paint consistency, damage, ceiling junctions, tiles, stone edges and relevant wet-area gradients using the project’s quality criteria

Verify Electrical and Plumbing Systems

Have competent specialists verify relevant electrical tests, fixtures, water connections and drainage work. Do not handle exposed or live electrical equipment yourself

Document and Close Defects

Record each defect with a location, photograph, assigned owner and target closure date, then inspect corrected work before final acceptance
